Grandpa comes to town!

So my dad came to visit to celebrate the boys birthday and we had a great time. We picked grandpa up from the airport and went to the rainforrest cafe for lunch. We sat next to the elephants and had to do a little rearranging when they started to roar and Reagan freaked out. The kids loved all the animals and even threw a penny in the fountain with an alligator in it. Next we went to the Tacoma Glass Museum. It was so awesome they made some cool stuff in the hot shop and let me tell you it is HOT! They even have a children's exhibit that you can draw a picture of some kind of creature and they pick two to make into glass and they make one for the museum and one for you. This was the boys favorite place they loved seeing the other kids drawing come to life in glass. They both drew a picture and are hoping to be picked next month! Thanks Grandpa for coming to visit we love you so much!

Always fun when grandpa comes, when grandpa comes-hurray! My boys would like to go to Rainforest again too. Not gonna lie; sometimes we stroll through without eating like it's the zoo:) Sad that we live near Tacoma ourselves, but haven't ever gone to glass museum with 'em either except for wedding-oh well! Glad you had fun & maybe Grandpa Craig will want to come again soon for a visit now that he knows how cool WA is comp to UT:)
